Duration - Approx. 9 months *Reading, PA* *SAP CRM ABAP Consultant* This consultant identifies, recommends and implements solutions to further enhance the FirstEnergy Solutions (FES) Retail business use of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales, Marketing and Interaction Center. The FES CRM solution is a stand alone environment that is not integrated with ECC or IS-U.
