Must have prior experience in Business Analyst role 2. Should have prior experience in Retail domain (Preferably Ecommerce). 3. Business and Technical Requirement Gathering 4. Document preparation 5. Must have experience on Agile technologies and processes. 6. AS IS Analysis and To Be Analysis 7. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills 8. Excellent Interpersonal skills 9. Need to interact with people at all levels in Business and IT 10. Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing 11. Interface between IT and Business 12. Proficient in Microsoft word and Power Point Desired skills 1. Project Management 2. Ability to drive and lead teams. 3. Excellent Agile product owner experience a. Should have experience in conducting release planning / inceptions b. Should have experience in identifying values in the requirement and prioritizing those appropriately at epic/feature level and at story level c. Should have experience in chunking and slicing the stories based and agile principle d. Should be able to draw story mapping and dependencies e. Should have experience in agile sizing and estimations 4. Good Agile development/QA experience.
