Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams Develop system testing procedures Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer Troubleshoot issues Development of workflow, Java Script routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements Maintain communication with management and customers regarding status of the system *Basic/Required:* - 1+ years of experience using ITSM systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc)Experience developing with Javascript, XML, HTML c. - Past experience with data conversion for major projects. - Strong knowledge and experience with writing scripts and procedures on Oracle databases (PL/SQL).
