Perform technical analysis and issue resolution of HRIS system problem and data issues. Participates and/or execute special projects that relate to new SAP system implementation, eVerify Tools and HCM Integrations Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong Knowledge of SAP HCM Systems configuration, integration, training, testing and implementation in area of SAP Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, Personnel Development, E-Recruiting, Training & Events Management, PA and OM in SAP ECC 5.0 or 6.0 Versions. Experience in technical analysis, debugging and integration experience in the following areas - SAP HR Modules, SAP Portal, SAP EHS, eVerify Tools Strong reporting skills including ABAP Query and Adhoc Query, proficient in Excel and in the use of eCAT or related tools to load data into SAP Expert in Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point Possess a strong customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, results-orientation, business analysis skills, multi-tasking, documentation skills and HR Process knowledge.
