Utilizes MS Excel and Tibco Spotfire to transform data into meaningful charts and metrics ·Mobile (Mobile Applications) and WorkForce Productivity Analytics (O365, WebEx, myMonsanto, TechConnect) ·Adhoc Analytics Requests ·Dashboard development ·Developing metric visualizations and dashboards to meet customer’s business requirements, incorporating customer and peer feedback. ·Profile and User Management: WebTrends and Google Analytics ·Creation of new profiles/accounts, password resets/account lockouts ·Custom permission settings for profiles with usernames, external ad agencies ·Site Tagging ·Creation of new or upgraded tags for various sites. This includes working with site owners to identify all contacts for new profile, creating and downloading new tag, handing off tag and installation information to development team if needed. ·Assistance and troubleshooting with Website tagging ·Data Collection Troubleshooting ·Coordinating troubleshooting efforts with various IT teams ·Primary point of contact to work with our vendor for assistance in resolving data collection issues ·Creation of custom reports to be used in both environments either through vendor coordination OR research to determine best method for implementation Work experience: ·Statistical background/experience – Knowledge of statistics including mean, variance, standard deviation, confidence intervals, correlation, regression and analysis of variance. ·Experience gathering business requirements, designing /developing dashboards and complex queries to correlate data ·Experience with MS Office Suite (and MS Excel in particular). Desired experience in BMC Remedy; Business Objects; Web Design; SharePoint; Spotfire; and ITIL. ·Metrics/analytics background/experience - Knowledge and experience with data and insuring that solutions answer questions, provide value and create actionable information. ·Communications: Must have excellent verbal and written English communications skills. ·Problem solving: Shows initiative to address problems and propose solutions; Makes sound, timely decisions that have positive impact on the resolution of issues and problems. ·Results-oriented: Consistently delivers high quality work products with strong attention to detail. ·Team-oriented: Promotes teamwork to develop solutions. Values contributions of all team members. ·Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management Special Skills: ·Strong analytical skills ·Programming background/experience – Experience with one or more programming languages ·Presentation awareness/skills (eye for detail) – Examples of development efforts, focusing on dashboards, illustrating personal knowledge and understanding of key attributes of good layout/design/usability. ·TIBCO Spotfire – Experience with Spotfire, preferably V6.5 or later, in a role providing solutions with data visualization to all levels within an evolving, energized metric culture environment.
