*The Avaya Engineer is responsible for providing a wide array of Tier III

*state support for Avaya and Cisco voice systems and infrastructure*
*The Avaya engineer will be in charge of expansion projects as well as

*to the Avaya systems such as PBX , CMS, Modular Messaging and Cisco
Unified Communications*
*This resource will be responsible for performing system maintenance and
monitoring *
*of local and remote Avaya systems while also troubleshooting Avaya related
issues*
*Provide leadership in voice and data network problems*
*It is important that improved processes can be developed to increase
network reliability and availability*
*This resource will be part of a periodic 24/7 rotating on-call schedule to
address high impact issues*

*Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience with the following:*
