Required: 2-5 years Business Analysis Experience is preferred. We need a resource who is strong in NT SDLC has strong communication skills and experience in building detailed business requirements and working with other teams including business partners to define and build requirements. Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Business Analysts should also be able to perform as a team leader when necessary. 1) Experience implementing PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 or higher version including the Support, Sales, and the Core Customer (CDM) Data Model.
