*Description:A minimum of 5 to 10 years of overall IT experience, most of
which has been spentin infrastructure architecture or engineering
function.Research future industry trends in order to determine their
appropriateness forCG’s disaster recovery environment and influence
decision making across multiple technology areas.Prepares architecture
points of view and recommendations for disaster recovery technologies.May
present to architecture review boards and other stakeholder approval
bodies.Contributes to and leads the creation of disaster
recovery roadmaps and blueprints in support of IT strategic
planning.Provides design expertise and makes recommendations concerning
disasterrecovery best practices to other architects, infrastructure
engineers and application development teams.Leads medium size projects in
accordance with project management best practices.Facilitates the
development and review of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
PlansDevelops scenarios and facilitates testing of DR, BC, and Crisis
Management plans.Experience with designing and implementing
infrastructuretechnologies and their corresponding disaster recovery
solutions.This would include having a broad knowledge of technologies such
as(SRM, storage media and replication technologies, AWS, VMWare, Network
appliances, etc.).Architecture or engineering experience working on the
delivery of complex enterprise systems involving cross functional teams.*
