I need a Oracle DBA , someone who is passionate about SQL Tuning. *Oracle Tuning Specialist* *Duration: *6-12 months * (Need EAD, GC or USC)* *Location: *Minneapolis, MN - MUST BE LOCAL TO MN or Near By · Consultant on design decisions with the application DBA, System Architect and Technical Architect. · Experience interacting with the Database Vendor for problem resolution. Should be an expert with Oracle. · Knowledgeable about installation, definition and storage requirements of Oracle. · Skilled in monitoring and performance improvement of a database. · Knowledgeable about the operating system and underlying file structures to tune a database. · Other responsibilities include overseeing business to system knowledge management, and assisting in overall system design from user interface through backend processes. · This is a team-based position that requires strong interpersonal skills. *SKILLS:* Oracle DBA experience – Required – 7 years Oracle SQL tuning experience – Required – 4 years Non-Oracle SQL tuning experience – Nice to have – 4 years * Regards:Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
