Working knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, IIS, SharePoint, and other related technologies. Ability to perform SQL Server upgrade and migrations in a mission critical environment. Experience with SSIS deployment. Demonstrable performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting experience, including TSQL and stored procedures. Thorough knowledge of SQL Server security. Duties: ======= Support production and development environments. Perform backup, database integrity checks, and other database maintenance tasks. Perform data extraction and transformation. Perform database performance tuning. Knowledge of web technologies such as IIS, and SharePoint and their interaction with databases. Manage large SQL Server clustered environments. Support a large and diverse range of servers. Proactive problem identification and resolution. Perform on-call duties. Willingness to work on other technologies besides SQL-Server * .
