*Job Title : Web Developer* *Location : Lenexa, KS* *Duration : 6+ Months Contract * *DESCRIPTION:* This position is responsible for developing software using Microsoft C#.NET for web application and windows service. This position requires working with project leadership to perform project analysis, determining functional and technical business requirements, application development, testing and deployment. Candidate will interact with internal project teams and must have outstanding technical capabilities in service oriented architecture (SOA), .NET, database design, and Windows networking. *ESSENTIAL SKILLS:* Minimum 3-5 years of commercial development experience in .Net development Experienced in object-oriented application design Experienced in service oriented architecture (SOA) Experienced in web development using .NET 2.0 and 3.5 Experienced in mobile development a plus, in an iPad environment desired. Experienced with source code management Experience developing components and web services Experienced in application design pattern: Abstract Factory, MVC, MVP, WCF, N-Tier, Domain Driven Design, Inversion of Control, Object per Query and etc. Experienced in persistence technology: NHibemate, Experienced in RESTful service framework Experienced in Enterprise service framework C#, SQL, HTML, XML/XSLT, CSS Strong knowledge of UML, 00 Programming & Database Architecture Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to project manage and juggle multiple tasks at one time Must work well in a team environment Experienced in Agile project management *PREFERRED SKILLS:* Web Security Unity Application Block AJAX *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Architect, design, develop and maintain .NET 2.0 programs that service internal and external vendor and client systems aligning with the business needs. Create detailed specification documents based on business requirements. Develop quick prototypes for business stakeholder verification to use as a foundation for design/development solutions.
