Rate : $50/hr on C2C



1) Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch management, troubleshoot,
repair, and support Gomez/Vantage products.

2) Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch management, troubleshoot,
repair, and support Web Servers “Sun One Web Server, and WebSEAL/TAM”

3) Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch management, troubleshoot,
repair and support WebSphere Application Servers

4) Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch management, troubleshoot,
repair and support WebSphere Portal Servers

5) Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch management, troubleshoot,
repair and support LDAP Directory and Tivoli Access Manager

6) Maintain and support bulk LDAP data loads and data synchronization
processes

7) Support a B2X environment of approximately 30,000 users.

8) Provide and support above technologies infrastructure with
load-balanced, clustered and fail-over capabilities

9) Provide support for hardware refresh of the above technologies
infrastructure

10) Monitor above infrastructure and provide proactive and reactive
support, problem management and root cause analysis

11) Establish and support interfaces with Database, messaging and mail
services from the above infrastructure

12) Implement industry standard best practices and innovative solutions for
maximum ROI with reduced infrastructure operations cost

13) Implement best practices for infrastructure configuration
migration/deployment and backup as well

14) Participate in on-call rotation supporting 24x7 according to
established VWoA SLA guidelines. (SLA guidelines are subject to change).

15) Understand various types of application packages including JAR, WAR,
and EAR files

16) Support applications deployment ‘configuring applications needs,
deploying code/content, troubleshoot and performance tuning’ into the above
environment

17) Understand and Participate in Change Control and Change Management
processes

18) Incident queue resolution support

19) Define and participate in disaster recovery plan and procedures

20) Define common processes, procedures and framework guidelines for the
use of above infrastructure

21) Liaison with Application Management Services and Infrastructure
Operations in support of Problem management and root cause analysis

22) Liaisons with Infrastructure Operations to deploy upgrades and new
products to the infrastructure

23) Update system documentation supporting above activities including
standard operation procedures

24) Support the implementation of new systems utilizing the above software
and services as well as decommissioning these systems

25) Provide technology consulting and alternatives in support of new
systems implementations

26)Implement Proof of Concept (POC) projects for products evaluation

27) Define and participate in disaster recovery plan, procedures and
declared emergencies

28) Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead
