This Senior Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst will need to lead in the functional design of transportation Supply-Chain solutions. Will be assigned customer accounts and manage i2TM product implementations, product customization, and change requests. Performing as the go-to functional resource for multiple groups, stakeholders, and large customers, this Senior Business Analyst will be very engaged in Transportation Management Systems solutions, understanding the technical concepts and driving functional initiatives. Will be participating in all phases of product development including assessment of current software limitations, team member allocation, team meetings, customer conference calls and team calls. Will adhere to proven processes and evaluate processes that need re-engineering to improve efficiency. Will assist in leading development, implementations and maintenance of complex web-based solutions using OO Design and Programming, i2 TMS, J2EE/Java, JSP, Server-side frameworks, Web Services, XML, SQL and Oracle RDBMS. Highly preferred is knowledge in a number of Web development technologies, including Java, Tomcat/Apache, Eclipse, Java Beans, and other Open Source packages. Must have stellar communications skills and in this role, the Senior BA will be reading and writing functional requirements, reading SQL statements, and writing scripts.
