Please let me know you best rate on W2?. * *Only GC, US Citizens- Locals* *Title: Business Analyst * *Location: Austin, Texas 78701* *Duration: Services expect to start as soon as possible and are expected to be completed by August 31, 2017.* *Job description:* Project assignments will include documenting detailed system requirements approved by the TWC programs and creating a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information on existing products and their related costs. The Workers will analyze vendor responses and update system requirements as needed. The Workers will perform those activities necessary to explore “buy or build” options, while considering data integration requirements for each potential solution. Workers also will develop information for future Request for Offer (RFO) and/or Statement of Work (SOW) documents. The Texas Workforce Commission’s (TWC) current strategy is to replace major custom-developed systems for Unemployment Insurance (UI), Workforce (WF), and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) with products that can be customized or configured. TWC requires solid market research as an input to system requirements, preparation for competitive procurements, and budgeting information.
