*NEED CANDIDATES WHO CAN FURNISH 2 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES * Chicago, IL 8 Months These positions will require an onsite interview after a phone screen. *Performance tester* This position is responsible for evaluating load and performance based, non-functional requirements for load and performance testing; designing, developing, creating, and executing L&P test plans and cases based on non-functional requirements and technical understanding of product architecture; executing various load, performance, integration, and ad-hoc tests according to approved test plans and testing schedule; troubleshooting, in conjunction with end users and development teams, on issues of reproducing, investigating and debugging software; generating defect reports for issues found during testing, and providing accurate testing status to project stakeholders; focusing on project quality issues, but also makes contributions beyond immediate assignments; possessing broad overall knowledge of business applications; working independently; managing multiple testing projects concurrently. • 6 years of testing experience • Experience with load and performance testing methodology, L&P test case/test scenario creation, and non-functional requirements decomposition • Prepare and design L&P test plans and cases (of moderate and high complexity, covering multiple business functions and/or platforms, as needed) based on customer and software requirements and technical understanding of product architecture to attain quality software both economically and efficiently Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. • Develop and execute test cases for both new and existing feature regression tests. • Verify accuracy of test results and document results. • Document defects in defect tracking system. • Perform re-tests to verify resolution of defects • Reproduce, investigate, and debug software issues. • Develop and maintain project test deliverables in adherence to defined methodology • Clear and concise verbal, written and interpersonal skills including the ability to work in teams • Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with initiative and accountability • Knowledge of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle • Experience with automated testing tools like Performance Center and RPT is a plus. • Experience with requirements review and manual test verification and results/metrics/KPI reporting or reporting software • Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish multiple tasks, both as part of a team and independently • Ability to manage time while working on multiple projects • Health insurance industry experience -- ______________ With Kind regards ABHI | Technical Recruiter | Cigniti Inc ® a...@cigniti.com 1304 W Walnut Hill Lane.
