GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Mobile Community of Excellence is the team helping Client model the way
for integrated care.  Our team guides the mobile technology direction,
standards and delivery that help to create secure, consistent, branded and
amazing mobile app experiences for patients, providers and teammates.

Designer, you will have the opportunity to help to increase patient

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to work on re-envisioning how we
deliver care in our centers through a patient centric native mobile and web
platform. The ideal candidate is a relentless problem solver, who is
well-versed in iOS and web user experience conventions and patterns for
application design.

>From brainstorming through implementation, the Senior UX Designer will work
closely with the other designers on the team, as well as our engineering,
and product management groups. The candidate has the ability to quickly
grasp and distill highly complex matters into clean, understandable
solutions. He or she is an effective diplomat with strong communication and
organizational skills who is willing to prove him/herself within a company
of talented individuals.

The Senior User Experience Designer is a key player in determining the
future design direction of Client's most mission-critical apps. We are
looking for a visionary designer who is ready to and capable of tackling
some deep, thorny design problems, and coming up with elegant solutions
that will make the lives of our users easier.



Skills:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*           3+ year's experience designing native iOS mobile apps

*           5+ year's experience designing web apps

*           Strong comfort level with an iterative design process.

*           A deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.

*           An outstanding body of work demonstrating the successful
delivery of innovative interface design solutions.

*           Mastery of fundamental visual and interactive design
disciplines and principals.

*           An exceptional eye for pixel-perfect detail.

*           Ability to work independently and as a team, managing own
schedule in fast-paced, multi-project environment.

*           Expert-level skills with Industry-standards graphic design and
prototyping tools, such Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and InVision

*           In depth knowledge of iOS UI/UX Guidelines

*           Must have demonstrated experience in iOS design

*           Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

*           Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically

*           A passion for mobile technologies

*           Ability to produce low and high-fidelity (pixel-accurate) comps
of designs, rapidly.

*           Degree in interaction design, or equivalent; or equivalent
experience.

*           Passion for User Centered Design, and superior creativity and
adaptability

*           Travel up to 20%



*Position#2: Project Manager:*



Location: Brentwood, TN

Duration: 6 months plus

Industry: Health Care



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Position may provide day-to-day leadership and performance feedback to
project work teams and project engineering teams. Conducts effective
performance evaluations and mentors those with less experience through
formal channels. Helps team execute career development plans.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the
expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

.         Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage project deliverables,
goals, and milestones; adjust project plans and/or resources to meet
changing needs and requirements

o   Create strategies for risk mitigation and project contingency planning

o   Design and maintain technical and project documentation

o   Identify and resolve project issues; ensure appropriate communication
to project stakeholders

o   Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate

     Develop project plans and team assignments

o   Direct and monitor daily work of teams including progress toward goals

o   Identify resource needs and secure as needed

o   Provide day-to-day direction and oversight for project engineering team

     Monitor, review, and/or escalate functional, quality, and timeline
issues appropriately

     Implement project and QA reviews in accordance with IT2.0 to ensure
profitable and successful execution as specified in the 2x2

     Ensure project plan and all IT 2.0 project documents are complete,
current, and stored appropriately

     Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations

     Manage project budget and resolve invoice issues

     Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact
the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed

     Participate in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for
utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise

     Assist customers remotely over the phone using remote control software
or in person

     Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but
not limited to:

o   Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed

o   Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment
policies,and department or company procedures

     Travel required: up to 25%



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the
essential duties, include computer skills as required.

*           High school diploma or equivalent required

.         Bachelor's degree in related area required or a combination of
education and progressively responsible work experience in related area may
be substituted in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis

*           Minimum of five (5) years' IT experience required including:

*           Minimum of three (3) years' experience coordinating and/or
supporting IT business processes required

*           Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
required

*           Demonstrated experience in resource management and change
management techniques required

.         Project Management Professional certification or completion of
another recognized project management certification required

.         Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Project required;

intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
required
