Windows Server 2008/2012 Certification Authority (CA), Web Access
Management,

Enterprise Directory, Identity and Access Management, and RSA SecurID

Infrastructure.



Selection Criteria:

·  Previous World Bank Group experience in the PKI/RSA SecurID preferred.

·  B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
work

experience (min. 5 years) directly related to systems security
administration,

maintenance, and operations.

·  Proven experience on installing, testing, and administering security

applications running on Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server and using Active

Directory (AD).

·  Min. two (2) years of experience in administrating Public Key
Infrastructure

(PKI) systems, preferably Microsoft Windows Certification Authority (CA),
in a

corporate environment with several thousands of employees.

·  Familiarity with Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and RSA SecurID is a
plus.

·  Proficient in the areas of network protocol analysis using tools like
Netmon

and system performance analysis using tools like Perfmon.

·  Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well
as

in collaboration with a team; strong team player.

·  Excellent interpersonal skills to support and train Information
Technology

Coordinators and end-users.

·  Excellent communication skills including presentation, oral, written and

listening skills.

·  Initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and the ability to effectively

prioritize conflicting demands in a time-critical environment are essential.



Duties and Accountabilities:

·  Provides system administration and support for the Microsoft Server 2008

Certification Authority (CA) and associated PKI services such issuing SSL

certificates.

·  Provisions group access for RSA SecurID users.

·  Conducts regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades following
the

formal change management process.

·  Designs and develops custom reports on Windows certificate management
system.

·  Tests and integrates new security hardware/software products as
prototype on

Bank managed desktops, endpoint devices, and servers.

·  Ensures that the Bank policies, procedures and standards are factored
into

the design and development.

·  Write documents with detailed system specifications and standard
operating

procedures (SOPs) for installed systems.

·  Participates in the information security impacts analysis of new business

requirements or service enhancement requests.

·  Responds to system problems, and troubleshoot effectively.

·  Uses various diagnostic tools to help speed up problem isolation and

resolution.
