Position :Business Analyst / QA specialist Location: Fairfax VA
Interview process: Phone/Skype Rate : $40/hr on C2C max(no negotiation) *Work Status: Green Card or USC only* *Job Functions* ü Collaborate with customers to Gather, document and analyze requirements for large complex Software Systems. Utilize UML and/or other methodologies to conduct requirements analysis. ü Work with the customer and development teams to seek requirements clarifications, document design and conduct requirements/design review meetings. ü Develop detailed test plans based on the requirements and document Traceability matrices. ü Perform functional, non-functional (load/performance testing) and regression testing. Analyze/Document test results and provide management reports on test coverage. ü Work with the customer and management on User Acceptance Testing to validate business requirements and resolve issue. ü Work with the project teams to develop and document release and deployment plans. ü Provide Operations and maintenance Support including logging/tracking defects, testing and debugging production issues and assisting the project teams with deployment activities. *Minimum Requirements* ü Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field preferred ü Experience working with full Software development life cycle ü Experience working with relational databases is preferred. ü Experience with UML, Object oriented concepts ü Knowledge of emerging and current technologies including Cloud/SOA/Web services; process knowledge in the areas of CMMI and ITIL is preferred *Qualifications:* The successful candidate will meet the following requirements: ü 6 to 8 years of overall experience with 2 to 3 years in a customer facing Business/System analyst /QA role. ü Experience with requirements management tools, requirements best practices, analysis tools (including UML). ü Experience with testing in various environments including ASP.NET, JAVA/J2EE environments. ü Experience with system integration testing, load/performance/stress testing and automated testing tools (WinRunner, LoadRunner etc). ü Experience with configuration management tools such as Subversion and other document management tools such as Share Point. ü Testing experience with Web services and User Interfaces ü Excellent oral, written and communication skills to collaborate with various internal and external teams; ability to communicate requirements and design across teams -- Thank you *Sandeep R Tummuru || Resource Manager* *Clear Thought Solutions LLC.,* *Ph: 919 290 4346* *Email : **sand...@clearthoughtsolutions.com*<sand...@clearthoughtsolutions.com> *,* *gtalk : **sandy4cts* *Website : **www.clearthoughtsolutions.com*<http://www.clearthoughtsolutions.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
