Experience using advanced SQL Server features such as clustering, partitioning, Always On, replication, SSIS, and mirroring is required. Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Couch base, Cassandra, or Mongo dB would be a plus. *Details of Position:* The Lead Database Analyst investigates complex problems, monitors performance, contributes to back-up and recovery procedures, and configures and installs SQL Server database software. She/he works with the development team to design database schemas. Experience installing and supporting SQL Server 2008, 2012, and 2014 is required. Knowledge of SQL Server 2016 preferred. Additional experience preferred with Always On, DB mirroring, replication, clustered environments, performance tuning and troubleshooting. *Management Skills:* Good written and oral communication skills.
