*Description:* Salesforce.com user administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, role assignments, uploads, data backups, etc. Manage all existing codes, fields and triggers; create new values and fields when needed to meet new strategies Responsible for evaluation, testing, and successful implementation of modifications and upgrades in Salesforce Support and drive sales and marketing projects, including documentation of business requirements, solution and technical design, test plan design, and coordination of testing with end users. Provide first-level support to the sales, marketing, and sales operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution/escalation. Design and implement custom objects and advanced functionality, based on project roadmap and strategic initiatives. Evaluate and implement third party solutions and app exchange packages based on project need or business request. Experience with Xactly, Marketo, Conga Composer a definite plus. Hands on Experience on Writing Triggers, Apex classes, Visual forcePages.
