The opening is a 3-6 month contract engagement. The candidate must work onsite at the client location in Ashburn, VA. Phone interview and then an onsite interview required. *Primary Responsibilities*: Our client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Senior Siebel Tester with 5+ years of strong system, load, and performance testing experience. In this role, the senior will be responsible for working with the EAI Architect, Solutions Architect and other developers to redesign and implement a new CRM interface. He/she will play a critical role in testing the design, development, and implementation of the integrations to other internal/external applications. The ideal candidate will be involved throughout the entire life cycle of high complexity projects including, but not limited to: research and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and documentation – following an evolving standards and procedures. Selected candidate will: · Collaborate with solutions architects, other Information Technology (IT) teams and senior application developers to arrive at test strategies, plans, and cases. Initiates process improvements for testing new and existing interfaces. · Coaches and mentors other team members. Perform cross-training and facilitates information sharing among team members. · Collaborate with Project Management and Solutions Architect in completing deliverables. · Translate business requirements and functional designs into test cases. Helps to identify performance risk.
