*Duration : Contract* 1. Need to have 9-12 years of experience and should have extensively worked on Oracle R12 financials projects 2. Very strong Apps Technical in Financial modules (GL,PO,AP, FA, AR and GL) in R12 3. Should have end to end implementing experience in Finance modules 4. Should have experience of leading 10-15 members team 5. Should understand the extent of customizations required in ERP finance modules 6. Work with Business and Customer IT team in the solution implementation. 7. Should have excellent communication skills, gather requirements from customers and delegate work to offshore team, regularly interact with offshore development team 8. Self-motivated and able to take initiative and operate independently 9.
