1. Business Analysis
1. Writing of business requirements
2. Testing preparation and testing skills
2. *Knowledge of Insurance Property/Casualty Industry is required *
1. *Standard and Special commission experience is preferred*
2. *Experience with agency data helpful*
3. Use of Microsoft Office
4. Knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries is nice to have
5. *Experience working with (reading, understanding and mapping) XML
required*
6. Effective communication skills, both oral and written
7. Effective inter-personal skills
8. Effective organization skills, with the ability to work independently
9. Ability to work within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, using
an agile methodology
