apps.

~ Ability to work and deliver the low level technical design documents based
on the high level design, business requirement and functional spec.
~ Under guidance should be able to build the prototypes and POCs.
~ Ability to estimate the work based on the requirements and completes the
work within the estimated effort and should be able to work with group of
developers/ASAs.
~ Ability to follow the agile best practices, including team programming,
test-driven development (JUnit), repeatable builds (Ant), standardized
environments, automated integration, team testing.

~ Webservices/SOAP/AXIS/JAX-RPC/REST-calls, Integration of apps using
multiple protocols with MIDDLEWARE.
~ Development Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, and Test Driven
