*Job Description:*

   -

   Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation of Business
   Intelligence (BI) projects, especially in ETL preferably in Informatica
   Technology
   -

   Experience on developing / architecting BI Solutions for supporting
   financial, sales, and marketing performance reporting
   -

   Must have strong knowledge on Financial (Investment Management) Domain.
   -

   Good to have CRD (Charles River Development) or Any Compliance
   Management system knowledge.
   -

   Expert in developing, designing and testing ETL processes for Enterprise
   system.
   -

   In-depth troubleshooting skills in resolving errors and to address
   performance issues for ETL/SQL applications
   -

   Must possess strong knowledge of SQL and databases
   -

   Must possess good concepts in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing
   -

   Experiencing sourcing data from disparate systems with a good
   understanding of their Data Models and ETL procedures
   -

   Has ability to envision design for complex functional and technical
   problems while incrementally evolving the implementation in simple
   progressive steps of deliveries.
   -

   Adept at Pair programming and can comfortably pair with other developers
   irrespective of maturity/experience levels. Eager to coach/guide juniors to
   improve the delivery capability.
   -

   Well versed with deployment methodologies
   -

   Must have good analytical and communication skills



*Good to have Agile Methodology Experience.*

   1.

   Incident / Change / Problem management: Takes care of incidents
   escalated from L2. Tickets could be a user question or batch failure or a
   trade related question. Work with L2 to write a new KA and define the
   process to handle incidents. Does a RCA and close the problem ticket by
   taking appropriate steps. Would be production on call on a rotation basis.
   2.

   Back log creation : Identify bugs and create the back log. Works with
   Offshore development teams to fix the bugs and enhancements.
   3.

   Support adhoc projects: team member would be a SME for all the supported
   apps and will be the first line of defense in the app dev team. Would need
   to answer questions related to supported apps. Support the enterprise wide
   projects like CIAO, NAS remediation, CIRRUS implementation.
   4.

   Maintenance : Need to support the applications for the maintenance. Shut
   down / bring up the app, check out, Need to know the environment very
   thoroughly.
   5.

   Release Coordination : Be a change coordinator who will work with
   Application release team, SCM, QM team , DEV team and users to move the
   code from DEVàITà QAà PROD.
   6.

   Impact Analysis : Asses impact on ongoing changes related to our apps.
   7.

   QM support : Support QM to debug issues related to BAU stories.
