Serve as a critical member of a project team and interview subject matter experts, stakeholders and end users to ensure needs and expectations are met. - Develop clear, thorough functional requirements and use cases to ensure requirements are understood and no critical requirements are missed - Ensure requirements and test plans meet deadlines - Develop User Acceptance Test plans and scripts - Candidate should have Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of business analysis experience. - Solid written and oral communication skills - Excellent time management and organization skills - Demonstrate a sense of urgency in order to effectively meet deadlines - Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
