Best case scenario, *we would need these guys east of Mississippi River or East Coast*. *Client would prefer Face to Face Interview.* *Mobile Developer Position responsibilities:* Key Accountabilities Experience expectation - Code author and craftsman, this engineer will be responsible for code delivery in a timely and accurate fashion, and the overall review and guidance of sprint and epic goals. They will be tasked by the leads to work on specific stories and contribute to sprint planning and feature identification. • 3+ Years of experience in Native Mobile Application development environment (iOS/Android), preferably in Agile environment. • Coding Expectation - 100% of time • Experience in Good programming practices, Industry standards • Knowledge of Sonar, Android Lint, XCTest, Espresso, Jenkins or Maven, GIT. • Knowledge of Cocoapods, Artifactory, Homebrew • Experience with data modeling, relational databases, data structures and design • Agile development experience (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP) using Rally. • Experience with Service-oriented architecture including SOAP, REST, JSON and/or Thrift. • Experience in using JSON, XML, XQuery, XML Schema, XSLT and XPath. • Expertise in one or more of: Android, Objective C/C++, Swift, Java etc. • Expertise in Unit tests, Integration tests and UI tests *Requirement 2* *Sr. Business System Analyst* · These positions are all Long Term Contract Positions · Hire prefer Face to Face / Skype · Location Wilmington Delaware *Note: *These positions are located in *Wilmington DE*. Best case scenario, *we would need these guys east of Mississippi River or East Coast* . *Client would prefer Face to Face Interview.* *Business System Analyst Sr. Position responsibilities:* Overall Job Purpose Business Analysts gather and document requirements and/or write epics and user stories for PCD approved projects. Serves as a key member of an agile scrum team and participates in the creation of industry-leading Apps for various mobile and web and Java platforms. Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing features and stories; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols within an Agile / Scrum methodology Key Job Accountabilities • Stakeholder Management and SME: o Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality. Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge within the PCD verticals. • Project Initiation o Supports the PM in the creation of the project charter to ensure scope and feature groups are clearly identified and defined. • Feature & Story Grooming o Create, groom and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any changes to those requirements. o Participates in Progressive Elaboration sessions to groom and document features and stories. o Create feature and story backlogs that are clear and straightforward. o Use of diagrams, tables, mock-ups and other methods to ensure features and stories are presented without ambiguity when designing the solution. • Story Design o Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. o Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. o Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. o Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. o Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. o Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • Standards and Methodologies: o Adhere to Agile methodology, ensure requirements documentation complies with Agile and audit standards. o Adhere to all Client's standards, policies and governance practices. o Contributes to and use best practices and standards including Client's Values & Behaviors.
