*Job Description: *

You will be working with a team of engineers providing support to Mobility
labs. The Lab consists of 3G/4G mobile nodes, high end routers and
switches, firewalls, load balancers, Desktop & Several Unix servers. You
will be providing Level 1 support for the Mobility tickets received in the
Lab and would be doing first level analysis, debugging and provide
resolution to the ticketsYou would be also monitoring Incoming ticket queue
and assign the tickets to the right team for Level1 Analysis of
non-mobility tickets. Receive Mobility tickets and perform Level 1 analysis
of tickets Do first level analysis, ask right questions, collect logs and
try to resolve. Responds to general support inquiries via phone, email,
trouble ticket. Assigns project based tickets to appropriate party for
implementation Resolves issues as assigned or direct to appropriate team
Create account requests across different nodes Provisioning of SIM Resolves
issues which come up during SIM provisioning Mandatory :SIM provisioning
for LTE,NON LTE and VoLTE requests(Both Physical & virtual SIMS)Basic
troubleshooting of SIM provisioning Forwarding Additional feature
provisioning requests and VoLTE SIM requests GSI Easy Net Account requests
Assigning the IMSI ranges and maintaining the database. Voice mail and
Visual voicemail provisioning Adding CTN & APN to already provisioned SIMS
Access account request support for other nodes Good To have :Good to have
LTE/ VoLTE SIMS provisioning Mobility Network Experience in providing
Level1 troubleshooting support for SIMS for the Mobility Network Experience
and knowledge of the Mobility Network elements such as NodeB, RNC, SGSN,
GGSN, MSC, HLR/HSS will be added advantage

Entry level position for engineers. Works under general supervision
introuble-shooting and providing technical and developer support for
products /solutions via email, chat etc. Makes changes based on client
specifications and company standards for installations/enhancements.
Performs administrative and other duties as assigned. Typically
interactions are with systems administration teams at client locations.
Responsible for escalation at the right time to field support / higher
levels. Expected to be a learning member in a larger team.



Skill2 - Networking Admin (L1)



TIS - Network LAN(L1)Ability to Identify IP Address schema, Subnets,Subnet
Mask and perform basic IP level diagnosis. Ability to perform basics of IP
Subneting using CIDR,VLSM techniques. Perform basic port configuration in
SwitchedL2 and L3 Network Basic understanding of debug & Show commands in
VLAN, STP, VTP, PVST, Etherchannel Theoretical understanding of Bridge,
Hub, Switch, Structured Cabling, Access point etc. Clear understanding of
Ticketing Tools like Remedy,Magic etc, and able to create new tickets,
modify/update tickets,Assign tickets to various queues. Clear understanding
of Monitoring & Management tools like Solarwinds, WhatsUp Gold, Cisco Works
etc.TIS - Network WAN(L1)Clear understanding of WAN Network Topology
concepts. Should be able to effectively use Show and Debug commands to
identify and understand network related incidents. Understand WAN Tech.
like VPN, FDDI, ATM, FR, ISDN, PPP, HDLC, xDSL Understand and troubleshoot
Wan circuit incidents using, Loop tests, port statistics verification,
physical verification and coordination. Clear understanding of various
Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Magic etc,and able to create new tickets,
modify/update tickets, Assign tickets to various queues.Clear understanding
of Monitoring & Management tools like Solarwinds, WhatsUp Gold,Cisco Works
etc.Ability to use WAN Monitoring Tools like MRTG, Cisco Works, Solarwinds
etc and understand Cisco Sys Log Reading, Ticketing tools, Reporting, SLA
adherence.

TIS - Network Monitoring and TT L2Ability to Identify IP Address schema,
Subnets, Subnet Mask and perform basic IP Address management. Should have
knowledge on various network elements, ports devices, Links and
Technologies. Should be able to understand Theoretical concepts in Network
fundamentals like SNMP, TCP/IP, etc. Clear understanding of the Ticketing
Tools like Remedy, Magiand should be able to create new tickets,
modify/update tickets, Assign tickets to various queues. Clear
understanding of Monitoring & Management tools like Solarwinds, WhatsUp
Gold, Cisco Works etc. Ability to handle Cisco Sys Log Reading, Reporting,
SLA adherence etc.Follow ITIL Process.TIS - Network LAN(L2)Administration
and allocation of complex IP Address management& Subneting IP Ver4 pool.
Should be able to perform IP Address managementusing Subneting /
Supernetting, CIDR, VLSM. Create config templates and configure ports in L2
and L3 Switch elements. Able to perform LAN and WLAN network incident
Diagnosis, Troubleshooting till resolution.Good Knowledge on Cisco debug &
Show commands on VLAN, STP, VTP, Trunking, ISL, 802.1q, etc. Good Knowledge
on Wireless LAN Controller, Access points configuration and IEEE 802.11
suite Able to do Load balancing configuration using HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
techniques. Clear understanding and configuration of L2 / L3 switching Good
understanding of Cisco 2900-to-6500 series switches, Inter VLAN routing and
Access List configurations, TACACS configuration, IOS Upgrade etc..TIS -
Network Routing(L2)Able to configure and troubleshoot various LAN routing
protocols and Inter VLAN Routing technologies Able to configure and
troubleshoot routing protocols like RIP1, RIP2, EIGRP Contribute to L3 team
in RCA and data inputs for co P1 incidents. Clear understanding of Metro
Ethernet standards, Technology concepts, various elements used in the
network and first level diagnostics. Able to configure and troubleshoot
OSPF Network topology based on design input
