This is a 6 month plus contract. This person will need to be a strong business analyst to perform in project intake and expediter functions. This role will focus on providing the initial point of contact for customer requests, status information, and escalations. Day to day the candidate will facilitate provision of infrastructure technical solutions to meet specific user needs. * *Key skills needed:* *• Elicit, analyze, validate and document business organizational and operational requirements. • Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the GBTS organization and manages changes to such specifications. • Manage multiple requests and changes in support of broader initiatives and projects • Communicate prioritization and focus, anticipate impacts and ensure status of assigned work is known by stakeholders. • Minimum 2 years relevant experience. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. • Understanding of Business Requirements collection and validation. Understanding of infrastructure technologies, components, etc. • Ability to work on Requirements gathering phases of Project. • Ability to document and define the processes and procedures as they relate to the overall project objectives. • Familiar with ITIL best practices.
