*BI Project Manager with Strong Financial Reporting Experience:-*



*Location:- **Teaneck, NJ, with travel to New York office locations as
needed*



*Duration:- 6 months*



·  Manage BI build  and related support activities as it pertains to
information delivery for  Corporate Functions (Finance/Accounting, HRMS,
etc.)

·  Coordinate development of a product/service roadmap for delivering
operational and analytical insights to our Corporate Systems teams

·  Works with data architects and ETL developers to identify data sources
and define appropriate logical models that accurately reflect existing
business processes

·  Assumes  ownership of one or more data elements and is the central
contact point the organization for information about the origins and
revisions to those data elements; responsible for the accuracy of the data
in these elements, both within operational and conformed data repositories.

·  Coordinates development of a multi-dimensional semantic layer, BI query
objects, reports and report templates for business users

·  Helps business users select the appropriate BI tool(s)

·  Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other Enterprise Technology
Services (ETS) domains to lead and ensure development and delivery of
enterprise information delivery solutions

·  Ensure policies and standards are followed across the organization

·  Deliver services that meet internal KPIs & customer SLAs

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills & Experience

·  Bachelors degree in the field of Computer Science or Engineering or
equivalent experience

·  PMP, Project Management Professional Certification

·  Minimum eight (8) years of Business Intelligence Management or related
BI service delivery experience within the Media Industry

·  Minimum five (5) years’ experience with the use and management of *SAP
Business Objects*

·  Minimum three (3) years’ experience with the use and management of the
*Tableau* solution

·  Minimum five (5) years’ experience with *Crystal* Reporting

·  Thorough understanding of Business Intelligence related Reporting Tools,
Visualization, Analytics, Dashboards, KPIs, Scorecards and Predictive
Analysis through tools and technologies such as SAP Business Objects and
Tableau

·  Deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis, operational
accounting including account-to-close, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash,
project accounting, and human capital management and analytics, and how
data and applications facilitate those processes

·  Understanding of which data is used by which business processes and what
the data means in the context of these specific processes

·  Experience with *Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)* (11.5.1, R12, etc.)
analytics / reporting

·  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical
teams

·  Excellent understanding of project management principles and experience
in managing multiple projects

·  Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology
solutions to solve business problems

·  Experience with working with *Teradata*

·  Experience in delivering self-service BI solutions that promote data
discovery

·  Experience in delivering large-scale, complex reporting solutions on
mobile platforms



Desired Skills & Experience

·  Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or related
certification

·  Experience with *ADP*

·  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

·  General working knowledge of technology environments including broadcast
TV, interactive, and mobile
