Perform Patching activities,Hotfix,Fixpack on servers,upgrade of Software installs. jjjExperience in providing best practices for Cognos BI software. Resolving Issues related to Cognos Admin,security,Transformer,cube level Good communication skills , should be able to handle US clients PowerShell, Cognos (TM1, EP, BI) , Active Batch, Windows Admin. Installation and Configuration of Cognos BI. Installation and Configuration of Cognos TM1 and Cognos EP. Should have knowledge about resources(like CPU,Memory) utilisation on Cognos servers. Sould have knowledge about citrix servers. Powershell or VB script knowledge. Best practices of Cognos BI,EP and TM1. Upgrade from Cognos EP to Cognos TM1. Cognos Analyst and Contributor knowledge. Performance modeler and TM1 operations console knowledge. Should be able to analyse Log files,error log and configuration files. Should have knowledge about Transformer and powerplay security setup. Should have knowledge about Active directory management via Access Manager. IIS admin server configuration and Alias set up. Knowledge in Integration between different servers. Integration with Cognos TM1 i.e configuration setup. Log management, Resource planning. Package promotion from Dev to Prod server. Migration of package from old environment to new environment. Strong admin skill (troubleshooting, Patch management, system health check, up-gradation and customization, etc) to keep the environment up and running Migration of reports,Folders and Packages. Security setup at Cognos BI side. Single sign-on Security setup using Access Manager(Active Directory or Third party tool). Well versed with implementation and upgrade projects. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customer.
