Sorry for inconvenience. * *If VISA status of consultant is H1, Submission of H1B copy is a must.* Web/UI/UX Designer to work with Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to enhance the User Interface and User Experience associated with the organizations key collateral website, The Hub, as well as with creating a new UI/UX for OCs product/solution demonstrations. *Responsibilities:* · Work with Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Marcom, Sales Enablement, and Program Management to design and build an updated User Interface and Experience for the OC internal website, used to distribute and maintain all product/solution collateral and communications. · Enhance website Compass templates, using WebConnect Content UI and CMS, to deliver a compelling User Experience on the Hub. · Create a Web enabled self Service ordering UI (Use BT Real time and NTTcom demos as guiding examples) to access OC Demos. · Use existing demo assets from (SSE team RODOD, RSDOD, CCP, UCS, WebRTC demos) as foundation. · Enhance the Hubs visual experience to highlight and demonstrate the key value propositions and features of OCs products and solutions. · A mobile experience is key, must be iPad/tablet enabled. · Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to create storyboards and PowerPoint slides for product/solution demonstrations and videos, as well as set project timeframes and deliverables *Requirements:* · Strong balance of design skills and technical expertise, an outstanding portfolio, and experience in: · 4-5 years of Web and UI/UX related design experience or equivalent. · UML, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, BootStrap/ZK Framework, JavaScript and other rich platforms. · Extensive experience with the Adobe Creative apps, including Illustrator, Dream Weaver, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Oracles WebCenter Content UI and CMS. · Strong portfolio of beautiful user interfaces for web, tablet and phone (iOS and Android). · Willing to initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience. · Able to design elegant, intuitive solutions to complex workflows. Design things that people will talk about. · Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective. · Act as go to with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards.
