Skill set required: 50% of BA skill and 50% of Congnos hands on experience Quickly develop subject matter expertise in specific business areas Overall understanding of IBM Cognos V10 reporting and Cube development lifecycle Working knowledge of metadata modeling using IBM Cognos Framework Manager Experience with Relational and multidimensional IBM Cognos reporting tools and capabilities Experience with SQL, PL/SQL Ability to resolve requirement and design issues. Facilitate design reviews, negotiate with customers and developers, and respond to questions about report functionality and standards. Conduct design review and validation activities Strong Team building and interpersonal skills Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes Experience and comfort in operating in an iterative, collaborative development environment with strong emphasis on prototyping. Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting and Analysis Services is desired.
