*Job Description*

· Define and regularly update metrics related to code and test
quality.  Track trends and recommend improvements based on the results.

· Reviews and utilizes customer business and functional
requirements in the development of test plans and scenarios.

· Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills ability
to analyze / interpret technical data

· Understanding of throughput, latency, memory and CPU utilization

· Working knowledge of operating system design / tuning

· Working knowledge of database tuning and administration



*Job Requirement*

· Around 4 + years of experience using load runner, HP
ALM/performance center

· 4+ years of performance testing, tuning and analysis experience,
in the web development industry ideally in the retail space

· 4+ years of experience utilizing structured programming languages
to build test. drivers, code stubs, and application simulators

· 4+ Years of hands on experience using APM  tools like (Wily,
DynaTrace, Splunk)

· 4+ years of experience with software design and development in an
object oriented language using C# or Java

· 3+ years of experience using sitescope

· 4+ years of experience in QA SDLC

· Proficiencies with the following: XML, DHTML, Web Services, REST,
Java, J2EE,Perl, IBM WebSphere, UNIX, db2

· Experience with deep dive performance analysis on all layers of
application stack

· Excellent comprehension of Internet protocol suites (e.g. IP,
TCP, http/https)

· Hand on experience with debugging, configuration and tuning of
Application server, JVM, OS and databases.



*Certifications:*

· Knowledge in networking and routing protocols is preferred

· HP Load Runner Certification is a must

· ISTQB Certification is preferred
