The consultant will be required to thoroughly understand their assigned primary functional process area and related business processes. The consultant will take direction from the client team and work with the Production Support resources to 1) perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on assigned issues 2) document issue resolution 3) document new business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis 4) document functional configuration and design requirements 5) assist developers in validating production fixes in the development environment and 6) work with business resources to validate production fixes in the system test environment.
