Description : This is 1 year in Milwaukee, must have SQL guard and HP tools experience- Responsibilities Provide technical systems administration support for HP Business Availability Center and IBM SQL Guard. Consult with application support groups to set up and deploy web-based application monitoring and reporting. Support administration of database security monitoring including setup of agents. Perform incident resolution and problem management root cause analysis for both environments. Frequent consultation with other areas to define new requirements and to resolve issues. Skills Must be able to install, configure, and administer enterprise monitoring technologies. Must be a self-starter with minimal direction needed. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other Information System personnel and technology vendors. Required Knowledge and Experience Prior experience in systems administration functions on either Unix or Windows platforms is required. Experience with IM, PM and CM processes is required. Must be able to demonstrate understanding of monitoring concepts. Strong problem solving skills are desired. Prior scripting experience is a plus.
