Client manager needs a mixture of mid-level *(max rate is $35/hr C2C)* Client really wants an analyst with process engineering experience (in short - an analyst with business process experience, and the ability to go beyond that basic analytical skill set). Someone who can explain data from analyses in meetings to managers and VPs and above. *MUST* have very good communication skills since they will be attending meetings and dealing with VP level and above! We are looking for a multiple high performing analysts to join the team and help client deliver the ambitious agenda that they have ahead of them. Along the way, the candidate will have an opportunity for significant exposure to Customer Operations executives while working on some of the most challenging issues facing the bank. The types of issues they’ll work on include: how to deliver award-winning customer service, drive revenue, create new contact channels, stop fraudsters, and increase operational efficiency. Not only is the work engaging, but it opens the analyst up for a broad range of advancement opportunities in Customer Operations and across Capital One. The candidates we are looking for should be self starters with superior problem solving skills, strong business judgment, executive presence and very good communication skills.
