·         Broad experience in Performance Engineering.

·         Demonstrated ability to analyze application usage and plan
performance approach with product / dev teams.

·         Ability to create performance test automation scripts.

·         Ability to execute and monitor performance tests.

·         Ability to analyze and help resolve load test results
demonstrated ability to use Splunk for log and performance metrics analysis.

·         Experience with web front-end and back-end performance tuning.

·         Demonstrated ability to find and resolve performance issues:

·         Knowledge / exposure to full-stack web technologies (HTML/JS,
RESTful APIs, etc.)

·         Knowledge / exposure to performance testing mobile native and
hybrid applications.

·         Scripting / programming experience in Java, javascript, python,
ruby, shell, C, etc.

·         Prior experience with Force.com application development or
administration  will be big plus

*Tools the team primarily uses: *

·         *JMeter and/or The Grinder, Splunk,  Jenkins,  git/Github
Enterprise*

*Other tools used:*

·         *Web Page Test,  graphite,  Java profiler (Yourkit, JProfiler),
 Oracle AWR reports*
