Job Title : Oracle DBA Project Duration : 6 -12 Month contract
Location : New York, NY *Rate : 50$/hr on c2c* *Must : Phone then person* Skills/Experience • 3-5 years of hands on experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12/11i Installation, configuration, maintenance troubleshooting and support; • 5 years Oracle DBA experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Databases including current 10g/11g; • 2+ years experience in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 10g/11g on UNIX platform preferably HP-Unix. • Proficient in all aspects of "system administration " functionality within Oracle E-Business Suite; • Hands on experience with applications/tech stack/database upgrades, cloning, patching, and backups/recovery; a good understanding of Storage, Network, server technology, operating systems for optimal application performance is required and experience in supporting Development and Production environments. • Candidate must have good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills. Additional Skills (Skills that are a plus) • Application Access Controls Governor (AACG) • Transaction Controls Governor (TCG) • Configuration Controls Governor (CCG) • Preventive Controls Governor (PCG) Education • Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or related subject.
