Position: Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant Location: Los Alamos, New Mexico Duration: 2 months + extensions Start: ASAP Rate: OPEN - expenses are reimbursed Position Details: Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant - ACA experience (Affordable Care Act) - Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) Description: Seeking assistance with identifying and defining the effort that would be required to fully automate the administration and reporting requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) utilizing Oracle seeded functionality. The ultimate work product we are seeking would be a comprehensive study and breakdown of the available Oracle ACA functionality (ACA related patches, fields, APIs, tables, etc.) and any necessary system configurations and/or processes that would be required to support the Oracle ACA functionality, tailored specifically to Client’s employee data and business processes.
