*Position: Performance Tester * *Job Location: Las Vegas, NV* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: $45* *Job Description:* - Plan, design, execute end-to-end performance test projects and ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frame and budget. - Should have HP Loadrunner experience with following protocols Web, ORACLE NCA, COM/DCOM, SOA, True Client - Framework and ensures the project follows the guidelines - Ensure the performance test requirements are captured on time with respect to project Goals. - Coordinate with offshore team for all the planned deliverables. - Understand risk, issue and change management plan of customer and ensure that the offshore team adheres to these guidelines. - Should be able to troubleshoot any performance bottlenecks, technical problems and provide solutions and suggestions to customers. - Should be able to demonstrate the skills in running the complex performance test projects independently. - Quick learner in adopting new technologies and tools and methods. - Ensure that project issues/risks are documented, Escalated and prioritized as encountered, and that appropriate processes are in place for the Monitoring of issues/risks resolution. - Responsible for the monitoring and reporting on project schedule/budget - Enhancing Relationships with Stakeholders: Should have worked with Business users previously and should be able to build relationship with other business users *Qualifications **Candidates*: - Must have a Bachelor’s degree - Must have a stable career background *Thanks & Regards,* *Mohammed Shafi* *Recruiter* *shafi@rekruiteasy. <sh...@rekruiteasy.net>net* *www.rekruiteasy.com <http://www.rekruiteasy.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
