The changes that the IEI project encompasses involves testing very complex technical components that integrates with many applications across DHS. This testing is required so that when the changes are rolled into Production, the quality is not compromised. For this QA effort, the project requires specialized QA resources that can perform Quality Assurance & Quality Control as per the industry standards. The Quality Assurance Analysts are needed to bring several active, high visibility System Modernization projects to successful completion. The QA Analysts will work on DHS Systems Modernization projects such as ISDS, MMIS, and METS as determined by the State’s Project Manager. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for performing all Quality Assurance activities for the System Modernization IT portfolio of projects. These will include several cross-agency projects with key collaborators from MNsure, MN.IT@DHS and the Department of Human Services (DHS). The successful responders will be expected to develop and execute test plans and test cases for all phases of testing, communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all resources involved in a project, and report defects in a timely and accurate fashion while managing multiple priorities and fostering an environment of team building and coordination.
