The will perform duties as both configuration and release manager, responsible for build planning, configuration management structures and processes, and release management. Responsible for packaging release builds and deploying to testing environments. Responsible for final release build and production turnover. The Configuration and Release Engineer will maintain source code repositories and be responsible for establishing branching and merging best practices. They are expected to be the expert on all matters relating to build management, version control, release management, and process automation. *Job Duties:*** - Setup, install, and maintain source code repositories in SourceGear Vault - Work with development team to establish continuous build/integration environment for multiple .Net applications (CruiseControl, etc.) - Work with testing team to create release build/test deployments - Work with project team on build planning, establish configuration management structures, etc. *Qualifications:*** - Strong background in release management, build management, and configuration management - Experience with SourceGear Vault or related tools.
