MD3 made critical leaps forward in 2015 with the incorporation of the MMP functionality, and ADME models that allow scientists to analyze a number of aspects of their hypothesis in real-time. As the application has grown in both features as well as number of users, the interface and underlying capabilities need to be continuously honed to match scientific and performance demands. Work needed Client MOE improvements (access to fragments and direct access to Cresset tools) Incorporate Maximum Common Substructure (MCS)-based docking algorithms Improve on the design workflow to make tasks easier and more intuitive for the scientists Improve MMP integration to take full advantage of Molecular Match Pair Analysis results. Today there are some processes in place to automatically/systematically analyze most of the ADMET end points that are meaningful to the end user, but that needs to be expanded to cover more cADMET and MedChem properties as well as statistics.
