· 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND ABOVE. · Good team leadership skills. · Very good communication skills - both written and oral. · Strong Domain Knowledge - Securities lending (Back Office), Securities Clearing & Settlement, Custody, Fund & Investment Accounting, Corporate Actions, Transactions & Pricing, SWIFT 15022 messaging. · Comprehensive knowledge in Local Custody and Sub-Custody processes. · Technical- SQL, SDLC, RUP, Knowledge of DataWarehousing, Assembler, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, JCL. · Experience in-Applications systems analysis and programming activities. Feasibility studies, time and cost estimates. · Good Knowledge of Financial Instruments and Asset Management processes, Operations, Capital Markets. · Strong Analytical skills. · Experience in client facing engagements. · Good documentation skills (specifically in designing and documenting Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification documents). · Good understanding of processes and standardizations. · Good understanding of functional testing, use cases and review. · Conduct and attend business presentations. · Manage and maintain metrics. · Understand and prepare Gap reports for applications. · Good documentation skills. · Conduct and make business presentations. · Project scope documentation techniques. · Facilitation skills to bring multiple groups together to agree on project scope and build consensus. · Complete understanding of business problems.
