Roles & Responsibilities



Ø  Responsible for interacting with customers, service providers.

Ø  Sound Knowledge in Success Factors Support and integration in
Compensation, Recruiting (Management/Marketing), Onboarding, Learning
Management, Employee Profile, Variable Pay, Succession Planning, Career
Development Planning, Workforce Analytics, Employee Central

Ø  Responsible for functional configuration setups.

•         Acts as internal consultant to lead and communicating regularly
with team and with effective team management.

•         Recommendation for resolution of issues related to HR business
processes, procedural and system changes.

•         Dell boomi knowledge will added advantage.

•         Sound Knowledge on support activities and maintain the SLA's.

Ø  Coordinates system related projects and process improvement: integration
implementations, enhancements and upgrade activities HR processes, policies
and practices that impact accuracy and efficiency.

•         SF security knowledge must.

Ø  Assist in the review, testing and implementation of upgrades or patches.

Ø   Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate
application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS tables; Document process and
results.

Ø  Manage data loads requests and performing data validation after its
completion.

Ø  Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø  Ability to drive issue resolution.

Ø  Ability to pull report in success factors and basic workflow knowledge.

Ø  Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy and
confidentiality; ability to maintain composure and handle multiple
conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.

Ø  Demonstrated ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams.

Ø  Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to
translate complex data for a variety of audiences.

Ø  Basic understanding of SAP HR security roles and how combined security
roles impact user access is desired
