Please find the below mentioned requirement send me your updated resume. *Business Analyst* *Seattle, WA * *6 months+* We are looking for an outstanding Business Analyst with strong process improvement skills and experience in ERP implementation. Enterprise Services is making a substantial investment in its tooling infrastructure and is transforming the order-to-cash processes which support the Premier and Consulting Business. This investment significantly improves operational performance, helps us achieve a common operating model and enables growth for the Enterprise Service business. The program - codenamed DAX4ES - replaces several applications supporting our core business capabilities today including contract management, project management, resource management, billing, and revenue recognition. DAX4ES will deliver a consolidated, automated, and fully integrated solution to achieve greater stability, agility, and performance. But DAX4ES is more than a system deployment, it’s a business transformation. Our success will be critically dependent upon operational excellence, crisp process design, and reliable data as we transition a multi-billion dollar organization from segmented business practices and tools to a common operating model. After successful deployment, our solution will be the world’s largest implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX). I am looking for a strong Business Analyst to play a key role in securing our success. As the Business Analyst, you’ll work with global stakeholders and our field workforce to ensure that Enterprise Services can successfully conduct business in Dynamics AX, leadership can measure financial performance, and we are well poised to realize our long term strategy to unify support and consulting on a common operating model. The right resource must be able to quickly understand the business in order to recommend improved, strategic and sustainable solutions. This demands high proficiency, clear communication, ability to navigate political landscapes, change management, and the ability to effectively influence with limited authority. *Responsibilities:* · Develops, documents and prioritizes business requirements, develops new business models and expanded capabilities · Be the capability domain specialist, identify risk and potential mitigation based on domain expertise · Define and document processes for assigned areas within capability, manage data quality, manage stakeholder relationships, drive efficiency and effectiveness of process, and manage process metrics and performance. · Lead SME user acceptance testing, field user acceptance testing and readiness activities for the assigned process areas during deployment and adoption. · Be the process SME on capability projects and cross-capability projects. Be the customer/partner advocate and manage customer feedback. · Define and implement process improvements on key initiatives that result in significant improvements in service delivery; increasing process quality and improving cycle times. *Required qualifications for this position include:* · Bachelor's degree in Operations or Business management and 10+ years of relevant experience · Lean Six Sigma experience in services industry · 5 years relevant experience in operational excellence/ process improvement projects preferably in services industry · *Strong process improvement skills; ability to develop enterprise-wide solutions that are scalable* · Ability to be sensitive to regional and cultural differences while driving the implementation of globally consistent tooling and procedures · *Ability to effectively communicate across the organization and clearly articulate ideas but more importantly, willingness to listen to others* · Competencies required are analytical problem solving, project management, strategic insight and global process management. · Proficient using *SQL, Visio, *Word, PowerPoint and Excel *Preferred qualifications for this position include: * · Master's degree in Operations or Business management with relevant experience · Understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and/or certification · *Experience in gathering business requirements and/or deployment of ERP systems (such as Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle etc.) in a large enterprise* · Previous experience in Enterprise Services at Microsoft Priya D 2018 156th Ave Ne Suite#341 Bellevue, Washington 98007 Office: 425-274-2461 Fax: 425-484-2220 E-mail: pr...@rmnetworksinc.com Website: http://www.rmnetworksinc.com/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
