*Location   : Charlotte, NC/Tempe, AZ*



*Job Summary:*
- Act as a champion of service virtualization
- Hands-on role responsible for day-to-day operational support,
administration and continuous capability improvement of CA Lisa service
virtualization tool
- On call support
- Evaluate  and implement capabilities and options , implement best
practices
- Simplification and Standardization of Tools and Processes
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical direction to application
development and testing teams
- User Access Administration
- Incident, problem and change management
- Deployment, configuration and administration of the tool
- Maintenance of adequate operational documentation
- Collaborate with Application Development and Testing, and provide timely
suppo5+ years of proficient experience with the following:
- Must have in-depth experience with software development and testing
methodologies
- Excellent communication and cross functional group collaboration skills

*Must have good working experience with the following:*
- Deployment, configuration, administration and license management of CA
Lisa Service Virtualization and Performance Test tools
- Experience in designing and developing virtual assests
- Backend programming on Oracle or SQL Server
- Integration with Selenium or other Continuous Testing tools
- Familiarity with Git code repository

* Working knowledge of the following is preferred:*
- Deployment and configuration of testing tools in Windows and Linux
environments
- Scripting languages - shell, groovy, pythonrt
