interview type -: telephonic followed by In person

Skills:

1. Technical Lead working with team of 6-9 people.
2. Excellent programming skills in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, WebServices, HTML/CSS/_javascript_, XML-XSL, Web Security Cetificates

3. Experience working with Jrun, WebSphere, Change Management Tools

4. Business Objects & Data Analysis; Database design concepts & SQL; familiarity with DB2 Mainframe Stored Procedures

5. Experience with Flex technology would be preferable.

Experience:

- Working individually and in team.
- 5-6 years of strong programming experience with above technologies.
- 2 years experience in leading small team.
