*Job Title : Business Analyst with RequisitePro Location : Columbia, SC Duration : 12 months Rate : $40/HR Face to Face Required* Interpret business needs and translates them into application software requirements. • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. • Serve as the conduit between the user community (internal and external users) and the software development team through which requirements flow. • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Develop and document requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. • Define and develop application software test strategy, test plans and test cases and execute test cases. • Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
